SPLC - Shanghai Fortress Concept Work -

In Winter 2015/2016 I got to work on the early, 'blue sky' stages of Shanghai Fortress. It was a very ambitious project, perhaps without the experience and finances to realize its full potential.

The Self Propelled Laser Canon was supposed to be a remotely operated vehicle. It was important so show that it does not have a driver. Production Designer Joseph C Nemec wanted huge doubled wheels to emphasize its weight and ability to scale a heavily ruined city.
